setting target/incentive app. to sales team - without hr component

hi,

i want to set targets for my sales team in sd module. i m making a customized application to set targets. now my question is that how can i set target to my employees when i am not using hr module in sap implementation. shd i add my employees as a customer? any idea to sort it out? thanks.

Hi,

Created sales employee as PF in customer master. Use VPE1 as tcode. Now create a ztable where maintain the values of sales employee number , Target sales , actual sales . The value of net sales of each billing doc should be updated in actual sales against each sales employee.
