Error while importing DELVRY01 Idoc in R/3

Hello @ all,

Via XI I'm mapping a XML-File to an DESADV.DELVRY01 idoc.

When the idoc is received by the R/3 System, the Idoc gets passed to the application, and it get the status 51 with the message: Enter either delivery date or goods issue date.

Does anyone know, where this date has to be entered???

Check the documentation of idoc in we30 and see the details of the field. That field has to be mapped in XI.

Thankx for your quick answers.

I know, that I have to map theese values, the problem is that I do not know in which segments I have to map them. I tried several Date elements in the Idoc, but none was correct.

So do you know the correct one???

Hi ,

check with the payload(source file) in which field the date is coming or better to ask the functional guy.

check the idoc documentation in WE60 tcode and find the delivery date.

As I figured out in WE60 it is the segment E1EDT13.

But there has a qualifier to be entered.

Do you know which value it has to be for the delivery date???

Best answer will be provided by ur functional person.

I just checked my test message I can see two qualf -007 and 015, ask ur functional person what they represent.

Hi

The value or qualifier cannot be determined by your self, check the documentation for this, cause each qualifier along with the date represents someting different.

Hi,

Check your message mapping test tab with the payload, whether these fields are populated or not, if no you need to do a mapping or paas these fields there in source file.
