product version not found

Hello All,

I am getting below error when i try to import product for the integration scenario.

Attempt to access the System Landscape Directory "LCRSERVER"

failed (SWC_ACCESS_EXCEPTION)

CIM_ERR_NOT_FOUND: No such instance: SAP_Product.IdentifyingNumber="0",Name="XI

Hi Rajesh,

There are a couple of things that i would like you to try.

1) Refer sap note: 836093

2) Try to access to SLD from XI and check for if someone has deleted your software component from SLD.

3) Try to do a sld cache refresh. IB->admin->admin of locks and caches.

4) Last and the best option restart the entire XI service and see if it starts working

Either your SWC is missing in SLD or you don't have access to SLD.

Also refer to SAP Note 836093.

I am able to access SLD and software component is listing in the IR.

What might be the problem ??

Did this issue ever get resolved? If so, could you send the solution. I'm having the same issue.
