signature upload in sap script thru se78

hi

i am tyring to upload a signature thru se78,but is not displaying the sign,only white backgrond only.

i had scan sign saved in paint format,compressed it,but after uploading its not displying.

plz tell how to solve this?how shd i compress,in which format i shd save it...

Hi,

U can save the image in Bitmap file formate. Then only u can upload the image.

i m saving it in same but not working exactily,some time when image appearing,its quite faded...some times itnot appearing...had saved it in 16 bmp,24 bmp...

how did u do that .

are u reducing its quality?

if u want to reduce size crop it, but dont compress it.

yes,i had idd the same,after croping it,than opeing thrugh paint & saving in bmp format...

but when ever image appear,quite large,& some time its faded one...

may be its due to bad scan quality ..

again scan and save it in bitmap format and den upload.
