Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are running SRM Server 550 with classic scenario.

We have just upgraded from SP 11 to SP 13.

We can order shopping cart but it remains with status "Awaiting Approval".

In transaction SWI2_DIAG, we systematically get this error message for the work item:

"Error handling for work item 000000005003

Error handling for work item 000000005004

Work item 000000005004: Object 1000000310 method SETRELEASED cannot be executed

Error changing to status RELS,

Error changing to status RELS,"

In transaction SWDP we have error message number WD523 for the work item.

We have checked SAP Note Nr 886606 but it does not apply for SC.

We did not have this problem prior to the upgrade.

I suppose we have to refresh something after the upgrade. I performed several swu_obuf without any results.

I found no mean to create a new implemetation for general task TS10007991 ("Set SC status to 'Released") but can we do it at the task level?

What should be the Release status of this task?

Is there a triggering event required for that task?

Hi

The OSS note that you mentioned in your last post doesn't seem to relate to the issue.

Can you let me know which one you applied as we're getting the same issue.

That is normal : I forgot one digit

SAP Note 1233774

This note does not seem relevant but it settled the pb.

That's a pity you did not open a new thread : you will not be able to give me 10 points

I suppose you upgraded too. What's your context?

We are also experiencing the same problem. May I know the solution for this?

Did you have any other procedures applied or you just applied the note 1233774?

Seems the pb is related to status in SRM.

Do you know where ststus are defined in SRM? Table?

Hello,

You can have a look at transactions BS## where ## is a number

For system status, it BS23 (in display mode).
