Attachments in supplier registration

Hi all,

We have a requirement in Supplier registration.When the supplier submit the filled questionaire,They need to submit their quality certificates(ISO certificate) as proof of certification.

is it possible in supplier registarion process for the vendors to submit attachment documents apart from the filled questionairre?please suggest

Hi GGL,

nope, attachments cannot be directly submitted with the questionnaire.

Suppliers need to submit additional data to the purchaser requested the registration and this person can upload attachments to the registration. Additionally, you could integrated the registration into the portal and make a directory available for each supplier, where they can upload data. This could be the central plattform for suppliers anyhow. Some workarounds are need in the SAP arena, not a handy process.

i am afraid , but as far as i know --> it is not possible for the suppliers to attach any documents to the questionaire they recieve.

but there is question --> in the questionaire where it is possible for the supplier to specify the quality management --> norms and standards

you can also also have a look at the questionaire --> at the following spro setting -->

1) transaction --> spro --> supplier relationship management --> supplier registration --> basic settings --> create/change questionaire
