IN MAT DETERMINATION P-101 IS SUBSTITUTE OF P-102-, P-103 BUT SITUATION IS

MAT AVIL

P-101 20 PC

P-102 30 PC

P-103 50 PC

CLIENT REQUIREMENT IS FIRST HE SHOULD P-101 THEN P-102 THEN P-103. HOW IT WILL BE DON PLEASE SPECIFY ME DETAIL WITH STEP OF CUSTOMIZATION.

Hi,

Go to Tcode. VB11 and select condition type A001.

Enter your material p-101 and then substituting material p-101 also give the reason also.

Then click on the button alternative material or press F2 different screen will appear for alternative mat.

Over here enter p-101, p-102, p-103 like this and save the document.

Now go to OVRQ here you will see your substitution reason.

Now maintain your setting as you required.

Save it and now try to create the sales order

Now It will substitute the material as per your requirement.

Hi,

Define 101 as the substitute for 102. In the condition records, maintain 101 followed by 102.

Same way, in the condition record for 103, maintain 101,102 & 103
