Transport Management Tool

Dear Consultants,

I need to reconfigure the Transport Management Tool on my system, because, when I start STMS, it shows up many login screen asking me about user name and password.

So, I think that this is a problem due to error in the configuration of this tool and may be need to reconfigured again.

I need to know the step-by-step to configure this tool from scratch or how to edit it if it is already installed and already configured but in error way.
