Without checking in the config settings you will not know which determination procedure is assigned for which doc type. Be it O/p determination, material or pricing procedure determination. You have to 1st check what determination procedure is assigned to the doc type. Only then you will be able to tell what condition types / values are applied for the doc.
Then you check what are manual / automatic condition types & then check if condition records are maintained or not.
In OV14 check what determination procedure is assigned for yor order type.
Why do you donot want to check the config settings in SPRO? Any specific reason? 1 option possible is to check the process documentation of your company if you have & check if anything is mentioned there.
