Hi Manu
check out user settings tcode SU3 check default tab if print immediate option is checked or not , if its not checked all the spool request for tht user will accumlate in sp02 and you have print manually from there .if you have print immediate option checked there then it will print immediately once you give the print else as i said you need to print it manually after going to sp02
and also double click on the waiting status you will get the exact reason
is it waiting for the spool work process
is it waiting for the host spooler ( local and remote printing )
if its waiting for the host spooler then have to check the print queue at the OS level of its working fine , you might have to restart the print queue from OS level if its waiting for the host spooler
as that requset wud have completed by the SAP spool process and waiting for the host spooler i.e host spooler
Hope this will help you ..
Regards
dEE
