Dear Expert,

I have checked my spool log via sp02. In this all is showing Wating status.Nothing is Completed.

My this is happening .My spool process is ok via sm50.

check if your SAP spooler is OK. check SM50. and check dev_ traces for spooler.

Hi Manu

check out user settings tcode SU3 check default tab if print immediate option is checked or not , if its not checked all the spool request for tht user will accumlate in sp02 and you have print manually from there .if you have print immediate option checked there then it will print immediately once you give the print else as i said you need to print it manually after going to sp02

and also double click on the waiting status you will get the exact reason

is it waiting for the spool work process

is it waiting for the host spooler ( local and remote printing )

if its waiting for the host spooler then have to check the print queue at the OS level of its working fine , you might have to restart the print queue from OS level if its waiting for the host spooler

as that requset wud have completed by the SAP spool process and waiting for the host spooler i.e host spooler

check if there is space in /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/
