We are experiencing the below timeout issue.
" 400 Timed out session timed out: please login again"
Error: = -11
Version : 700

This happens even when the user is navigating between screens on Mobile device. This happens randomly and whenever this happens almost all ITSMobile users are timed off simultaneosuly at the same second
On looking at the SM21 log we see the "HTTP/RFC session has been deleted due to timeout message for all the users at the same SECOND.
We have setup the below parameters on all application servers
Rdisp /Plugin auto logout : 1800
Proctimeout and session timeout on the HTTP service to also be 1800
In the custom service we also have the timeout to be set at 1800
Are there any other parameters that control the "400 sesion time out error"?.Any help or pointers in resolving the same would be appreciated.
