ORA -12154 while starting shadow instance

Hi,

We are performing an upgrade of our development system from 4.6C

(Windows 2003/Oracle 10g) to ECC 6.0. During the phase

START_SHDI_FIRST, our shadow instance is not coming up and gives the

following error "ORA - 12154 TNS:could not resolve the connect

identifier specified" in the dev_W* trace files.We've checked all the

entries in listener.ora,sqlnet.ora & tnsnames.ora and it looks fine.

Database and listener are up and running fine and even R3trans-d from

upgrade\exe is also successful.The Problem is during the database

connection from the work process.I Can start/stop shadow instance from SAP MMC.DDIC password for both original & shadow instance

are the same. Work process dies immediately after the start, it gives

some TNS listener error ORA -12154 TNS: could not resolve connect

identifier specified. Kindly request you to provide the solution ASAP.

Can you post sqlnet.ora & tnsnames.ora. Regards.
