Adding License from command prompt .

Dear Guru ,

I want to add the SAP licence from command prompt on windows server , So kindly give me what command and syntax i have to use . Kindly let me know .

Ya you are right i am able to login sap* , But in case if i not able to login sap* , How can i add the license . in such case what i have to do .

SAP* ever be login in SAP system, (if you do not set the profile parameter to limit this) in new 710 systems new are saplikey-install

Hi Kaushal ,

Ya we using ECC 6.0 only , But if i not able to login through SAP LOGIN PAD means , how can i add the permenand licence , Kindly let me know .

Hi,

What do you mean you are not able to login into sap using sap gui? which message you get?

try to login with sap* user

HI,

If you are using ECC 6.0 then use tcode SLICENSE to install license.

Products based on NW 7.0 use a "new" license (digitally signed) which can´t be imported any more using program saplicense.
