Collective search help

hi experts,

i want to create a collective search out of two standard search helps.

the two standard search helps are:

BBP_ADDR_BUPA_COMPANY -- Find Addresses of Bus. Partners with Indicator 'is company'

BBP_ADDR_BUPA_VENDOR -- Find Addresses of Business Partners

The business requirement is that the user can search using any of the two (either company or vendor).

Is there any standard search help which satisfies the two condition

While creating what all do i need to do? What approach should be followed in the exit function and import,export parameters of the search help.

Pls help me ,it's urgent.This is the first time i am creating a search help.
