Background picture with Zebra printer

Hello,

I'm using a Zebra TLP2844-Z label printer with smartforms. The driver is LZEB2 and it's working fine both with text and barcodes.

When I insert a background picture, it shows in preview but not in the printer. Any clues? The picture is a B/W bitmap.

Hi,

Check the output mode of output attributes in Background picture tab.

If it is print preview then you can see the background picture in print preview only.

Hi,

I wasn't able to print the background in the Zebra printer with neither of the printing modes. I gave up, now I'm trying to use graphics instead.

Like I wrote in my previous reply, I gave up. Nevertheless, I marked as helpful (to the forum) one of the answers.

It might even depends upon the printer settings also. Check whether background images are printing by giving sample print manually after configuring in local OS and also check with Basis team.
