Is there any option in SAP to create a customer in several business units, simultaneously, without being obliged to do it manually ?

As in Standard SAP terminolgy, I've not heard Business Unit.

Note: Are you reffering to Sales Area or Business Area?

The solution is simple, you have to define a common sales area in which all the customers are created.
