Template lines in smartforms

Hi experts,

I have a template with 2 rows: header and body. Each line should contain 4 fields. The header contains some text and the body contains the value.

I defined 4 text under the template nodes. When I test the program, the text is written into the header line. How can I write the values into the body line?

Hi,

When u write a text elements in Template u must specify the Line Number and Column Number.

U have 2 rows.1st for header and 2 for Body.If u create text element for body, in text element u mention

Line 2

Column 1.

I tried it, but it's very time consuming to define text elements and then define the rows etc. I thought it could work as in case of sapscripts. I think smartforms are more sophisticated.

HI,

This Text Element is not a Text element in Script.

U can right click on the template -

>Creaate--->Text.

In that text u can mention Line No and Column No.

Have you specified the line and column correctly in the output options of the text elements?
