Message sent at R/3 using proxies, but never reaches at XI, what may be the reason. How to trace it

Check the Messages in SXMB_MONI and also check the queues in SMQ2.
Have you seen any information in SM58 tr code?
If you are not able to see the messages in SXMB_MONI then you need to do some settings in SXMB_ADM->integration engine configuration->change specific attributes....there you need to define RUNTIME parameter LOGGING and TRACE_LEVEL and set the value to 1.

Hi,
It may be the reason for queue failure.
Go to sxmb_moni. find the queue which is failed.
Go to outbound queue using T.code smq1.
if system failure then delete the message in the queue.Unblock the queue.
Other messages will restart.
