delivery problem

Hi,

i want to delivery a order and i receive following error message:

Order blocked for delivery  as a result of credit check.

But i have checked FD32 transaction and for that customer the receivables are not over credit limit.

Besides, i have remove any blocking status from VD05 for this customer.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi,

release the order for credit block through tcode:vkm3 and save. you will be able to deliver.

Please someone explain me about this situation ... when it happens ??

I have released the order but all orders from that customer are blocked.

Hi friend

Pls check your credit control area and assigning of credit control area; other wise check have u given any credit limit to the customer

Like i said:

Hi there,

In VA02 --> GoTo --> HJeader --> Status --> Click on object status. See what fields are selected on the status boxes. Credit check should be there. Likewise check for the item level.

Also check in VKM3 to see fi there is any credit check mentioned.
