Multiple Signatures in QM

Hello All,

Iam trying to implement multiple signatures during Results Recording and Usage Decision. With Enhancment Pack 3 for ECC 6, documentation says multiple signatures are supported in QM.

1. Material Master has Material authorization group in QM View.

2. Signature Strategy is defined with mutiple signatures in the sequence required.

3. At the time of Results Recording / Usage decision, single signature is taken and signature process is closed.

How is the link to multiple signature strategy established and does it require any development?

Also please let me know if any other customizing settings are relevant for this.

Hi Prasad,

During sample collection(QPR4),Results recording and Usage Decision you have the provision to give only

one signature.Multiple signatures are not allowed by SAP here.Multiple signatures are allowed in Engineering

Change Management.

If you are to use simple signature then it can be done through normal customizing. But, If you plan to use digital signatures and assign them to your application, then you may to do some developments. Please follow this link which talks more on this subject:
