Deleting a SU01-Pros and Cons

Hello,

Can someone tell me a few Pros and Cons for deleting former employee accounts. We have always expired accounts but now would like to completely delete employee accounts once they leave. Is there a standard practice? Can you please tell me a few Pros and Cons for deleting SU01s.

Thank You, I guess I searched forums with worng keywords earlier as I was unable to find much but thank you for pointing me in right direction.

You will find them easily via the search.

Some of the memorable ones are in the sticky thread at the top of the forum page.

Generally: cons > pros * 100.

Please delete this thread if you feel that the search would have done the trick before opening it.
