Access Controls 5.3 - Risk and Remidiations Background Jobs

Does anyone know the backgrounds jobs that need to be set up for AC 5.3 RAR? Also need to know the Sequence in which they are to be set up please.

Hello Deepak,

I would stongly reccomend you to go through that to know and analyse what basically each of these jobs does and what is the reason behind each. You can get the detailed list of these jobs in the user guide/config guide for RAR. This is given in detail in these documents which you can download from the marketplace and do a Crntl+F for "JOBS" there in the document.

This is because the need and schedule of a job in your organization may/would be different from any other organization. No two organizations in the world will have the same needs for running these jobs. A simple example can be for Alert Generation, for which any two companies might follow a different procedure alltogether. One might want the alerts daily and other might go for weekly alert Generation. Thus go through all the reports once and discuss with the management how they would like to schedule each of them.

Also, this is of great importance how and when you schedule the jobs based on your own organization need, or else you may have vague or improper results shown to you by the reports you run or can result in jobs being run for a long period of time affecting your overall system performance.
