Hi All,
We have installed Java WebAS 640 SR1 on Windows Server 2003 Standard
Edition (version 5.2 service pack 1).
We want to install JDI (Java Development Infrrastructure) on the same
server and the prerequisite for the same is SAP Netweaver Developer
Studio.
Now, we are getting error while installing SAP Netweaver Developer
Studio 2.0.9.
It gives the following error:
<i>
"The SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio 2.0.9 Setup has not successfully installed all selected components on your computer, either because a component could not be installed or the process has been aborted.
Click Finish to exit the wizard."</i>
Thanks and regards,
Kunal Patel.
Hi Kunal,
In order to install JDI though NWDS is a prerequisite it is at developer side not at the server side hence you can install JDI on WAS make sure both are of same service pack.
when it comes to developing web dynpro components developer needs to install NWDS.
To know more about installation, software and hard ware requirments, refer to this weblog
