Internal Activity Confirmation without a workcenter

Hi all,

I have situation where I am not using any workcenters, and i want to confirm an internal activity.

How should i proceed.

Dear Sir,

I am facing the same proble. I want my internal activity to confirm without Work Center for 1 WBS elemt and should confirm with work center for another WBS.

When we do w/o work center then error comes as states by Rohan :

*Work is confirmed - maintain the work center*

*Message no. RU210*

*Diagnosis*

*You have confirmed a value for work but no work center.*

*System Response*

*Processing stopped.*

*Procedure*

*Enter the key for the work center where you have had the completion*

So please guide

Please check the field settngs in OPUD. Check if the workcenter is mandatory

With same procedure. CJ20NClick on activity-Edit tab- Activity-confirm.

or else use t code CN25.

Maintaining Workcenter, activity type, and work duration..calculates cost, capacity requirement. It does not restrict confirmation.

No I dont want to confirm the int. activity with a workcenter.

I am asking how will i confirm an activity without assigning any workcenter.

In this case remove the actual work hours from the confirmation tab. and then try

Thanks for the Help.

I tried confirming it without the hours/days. On tht particular moment status shows manually confirmed, But on saving the project and again opening it does not show the confirmed status it shows released status.

Se if activating the checkbox Final Confirmation helps for your escenario.
