Tcode for output types LQCA, LQCB and QCA

I need appropriate transaction code for the output types LQCA, LQCB and QCA for getting print preview.

Thanks Viswa for your quick reply. But in VL02N I could not find how get print preview for item only. I mean I am having output type which is for item only and there is no output for header to this item.

In example , LQCA and LQCB are not availabe under HEADER output type list. They are in item output type list only.

Please let me know how to see print preview for this output types.
