Copy Billing plan

Dear Experts,

Can any one explain the process of

Copy billing plan from sales order to project automatically.

Is their any configuration required.

I dont think it possible to copy billing plan from sales order to project. What is your requirement?

U can generate Billing Plan in 2 methods...

1. Maunual WBS billing plan - is significant at early stages of project and is basically for planning purposes in initial stage of project.

2. BIlling Plan in Sales Order using Milestone - Once sales order is received you delete WBS Billing plan generate using milestone.

I heard their is a procedure we can copy from Sale order to project automatically.

If i want to copy revenue plan automatically means how?

the thread you have mentioned - in that SK Rao says that it can be done - I too wonder how anyway as you have seent that other learned persons have also commented that it is not possible

rev plan from sales order can be automated by ticking the indicator in plan profile for WBS - transaction OPSB
