Hi all,
i want to download the sp15 of solution manager 7 from the service market place path.
downloads->sap support packages->sap support package and stacks,,,,-> sap solution manager 7 -> it opens two window and in one says that if u have any problem then raise a ticket and in other it says that not visible for the logged on user.
but the user is the supper administrator.what will be the cause.. ??
i have tried with other method also, by using solution optimizer but my sol.man is not configured properly so its not showing the sol. man system at all it only shows the sap erp 2005. if u have any doc. relating to this issue then it would be helpful.

Hello Ahmed,
The S-user ID which you are using should have sufficient authorizations to download from Service Market Place. If you think that user has sufficient authorizations, then please use the following link which takes you to select SPS 15.
