Image Variants

Hi All,

I am able to assign image variants to variant property of image lookup field in MDM console but after

i assign and save , nothing is diplayed in variants property.The variants which are assigned automatically

disappeared.

Could anyone suggest solution?

Hi Narendra,

as I understand from your problem, you determine variants for images, but cannot see them in Data Manager. Is that correct?

Image variants are not created automatically, but you have to create them using the Image Manager. When you enter Image Manager use the "!"-button to create all variants. Then you should be able to see them.

Hi Narendra,

The image variant option is available to modify in MDM however its effect is not seen unless done through the Image Manager.

There are also some methods of using this Image Variant through the Java API .
