What is the difference between condition type-VA00 & VA01 in varient .Please give me the difference between them.

The usage of percentage or quantity is depends on the material u used, like base unit of measure in material master, accordingly u can use in the pricing procedure with the help of the condition types.

Difference between condition type-VA00 & VA01 in varient is .
va00 is calculated Based on quantity whereas va01 is calculated Based on percentage.
You can see in condition type overview screen for the calculation type details.

As Ram explained, VA00 condition is used for calculation type as Quantity. VA01 is used if the calculation type is %.

va01 is calculated in terms or percentage.
