sales order some line items are showing not relavant

Hi SD Guys,

In sales order some line items are showing not relavant.

Why are they showing a status of not complete or "not relevant"?

Hi sunny,

plz check the each line item in the sales order controls by the item category, so check the item category , depends on the item category, pricing,delivery and billing takes place.

Hi,

I checked the item categories and these orders are created in 2006 in schedule line also confirmed quantity showing in 2006. But now those line items are showing not relavant in status view.

Check the validy period may be these items have validy till dec 31st 2006, or after that its not relevent for delivery and billing.

1) Please check in mm02 or mm03

2) and also vk12 or vk13

Hello,

Normally the items which are not having any further processing will have the status as 'not relevent'.

That means this items will not have a delivery and billing, but only will be present in the order.
