Plant Maintenance : Settlement Rule

Hi,

We have 2 Maintenance Order type PM02 and PM09.

PM02 --> Standard Maintenance Order

For this, during the creation settlement profile (during release) the cost center is picked up from the equipment master data.

For PM09 --> We don't want SAP to pick the same cost center, instead we want to define a default cost center for a specific plant (Plant: CH01).

Please Advice.

you have to use customer exit IWO10027 User exit: Generate user-defined settlement rule,ask your abaper to write the code for order type PM09 ,cost center XXXX

Is there any Background job avaliable in Standard SAP for carrying out automatic business closure of maintenance orders.

Please advise.

hi

i think you have to manually do the closure using iw38 ,if i found something i will post later

Also you can use CO99 for business completion ,kindly make the program in background with certain frequencies.(say once in fortnight or weekly) it will complete the orders and put the status CLSD automatically
