how to configure CCMS

Hello all,

Please any one can explain me how to configure CCMS in my DEV server of

SAP ECC 6.0

OS :- Windows server 2005

Data base :- SQL 2005

I already downloaded the .car file as

ccmagent_21-20000961.sar
