Drawing lines

Hi,

I need line to be drawn in between line item like

-

item description date

-

---

1. xyz 20/08

po text

item text

del text

-

---

same for all line items . But i have many loop used inside a table . If i use table pattern as horizontzal line then line are getting placed between line item and po text . so have hard code as -

---

but my requirment is to get straight lines . Please kindly guide me regarding this.

hi right click on the main window then select create table

U have created a table for the main area right.In dat u will be having 3 nodes 1. header 2.main area

3.footer.

select the line type which u have assigned to the main area.select the entire line type by holding the shift button.Now u select the outer frame.and save.now u activate ur form.u will get the required out put.

If u want that upper and lower line for the header select the line type which u assigned for the header and now select the outer frame which u can find below the table tab button.now save and activate.

Hi,

In table u r having header,main and footer parts. in header u can place "item description date". For this line type u can select border.

in main area u can create one text element below the "del text" text element. in that text element u can use SY-ULINE.

lines in Print preview. When u take print out u can get the Stright line.

Its Not working when i use sy-uline.

In printout it printing dotted lines only .i need to print straight lines manually.
