Printing problem

Hi experts!

I have an WebDynpro application and using adobe print forms to print out documents. The pdf docouments are successfully created and a new spool job is created. In SP01 the spool job is marked as completed, but there was no output on the printer. If i start printing of this spool job from SP01 it will be printed.

Does anyone have an idea whats the problem is? Why there is no printer output?

Hi Jan,

Inside SP01, select Further Selection Criteria... and then User Defined. You will see a parameter called Print Immediately, this needs to be set to Yes. I'm not sure what needs to be passed in order to set this parameter, but if this is not set, it will sit in the queue.
