ITS - CIC0 - Sessions just terminate

Hi folks,

We have upgraded to ECC 6.0. We are using ITS to access front office processes in CIC0. Everything was working fine until recently. For some of the processes, when you select an option from drop down, it is shown as getting processed, but after a few seconds window just closes itself. No error message is displayed. I checked in SM04, everytime I click on an option a new session is created. And even though window gets closed in CIC0, SM04 shows an active session for each of the option selected.

SM04 shows ip address under terminal and under type it says HTTP plugin. Another thing that I noticed is that for the old system (where it is working fine), transaction is the one which is being called. But in the new system (which is causing errors) displays EWB_WEBGUI for each session.

Any suggestions where the problem could be?

Hi,

We regenerated the code for custom business objects that were being accessed via ITS. That worked.
