Non Critical role for everyone

Hello All - I searched little bit on my request in our forum, did not find much...

I am planning to design display only role module specific and a standard role which will goto all user..

1)Could you guys suggest me non critical/standard tcodes which I can assign to all user role?

2)What will be the good approach to start with Display only role**Module specific? there is crunch in resources for BA's in our company, so I can really get there time?

Any ideas will be appreciated!

In standard SAP role templates I see many tcodes which enduser really dont need..!

Hi Anil,

The standard Display only role in each functional module will contain only display tcodes, standard reports and other company specific customized display reports non critical.

You must take the help of your functional team memebers otherwise it may be difficult to identify display only kind of tcodes.

For example I put the following tcodes in the Finance general display role for all users with the consultation from the Business Process Owners, Functional team members, and auditors as all of them are general display tcodes in FI accepted by the company.

Hi,

As Kiran suggested on -critical display only transactions that are specific to a module can only be suggested by functional experts working on the project. As far as a common role for all end users should be what i assume consisting of non-critical basis transactions which can aid the endusers.

A list of transactions for one such role is listed below. Again the objects for these transactions should be controlled via proper authorizations. There can be a few additions and removals based on the client's requirements.
