delivery date in sales order

Hi Gurus,

I have a ticket on delivery date in sales order. The detail is : there is a sales order with 3 lines items (TAN). For the third item there is a purchase order in which the delivery date is changed by the vendor. There is a background job for rescheduling (V_V2) which should change the delivery date in sales order according to MRP date (MD04). Now the problem is though the background job was run still the delivery date in sales order was not changed.

The actual delivery date in purchase order was 25.11.2008 and was changed to 02.12.2008.

The delivery date in sales order (schedule line) is 26.11.2008 (still). But as per requirement it should be 03.12.2008.

In MD04 there is an exception 10 against the purchase order schedule line.

As this is top priority issue i appreciate your early response.

I want to how did you make SAP system to know which delivery schedule line should be changed accordingly when the delivery date in PO were changed?

Hi,

Was the fixed date & quantity box checked, if yes,

then the system will try to deliver on the fixed date as the required delivery date
