All excise conditions JEXP,JECS and JSEC use country/plant /control code/ material. Control code is the chapter id of the material.
For JIVC use country /region of dlv plant/tax class cust/tax clss material.
for JIVP use country /region of dlv plant/region of customer/ tax class cust/tax clss material.
JEXT, JECT and JSET are 100% conditions with the same accesses as above excise conditions.
Just one other thing:
Do not use JLST and JCST if you are using TAXINN. Thats used for TAXINJ.
for TAX INN JIVC and JIVP are used for CST and VAT payable respy.

Jude

Hi Jude,
I need your help regarding Excise duty issue
If u go to SAP Std condition type & access sequence provide for CIN in SD (TAXINN) While maintaining condition record ( JEXP) for Excise. Access sequence JEXC doesnu2019t has Tax Code field . do u think we should modify that create field for Tax code or there is no need of Tax code for Excise determination ..... .......I hope u understand what i want to ask.
