How to drag and drop user from one node to other node.

Dear All,

How to drag and drop user from one node to other node.I tried but no success.

What are precautions to be taken.

Cay anybody kindly explain it.

1.i created postion then how to create BP?

2.I deleted the position then when i am tring to add the user in org structure user"USERS_GEN",i am getting the message "central person already already exits for the user *****" E BBPU_MESSAGES 042

How to include the user in the orn structure?

Hello, if you had this message you had created BP....

Now you don't have to user USERS_GEN this transaction is used only in first action, when you create the user in R/3 and then you pass this user to EBP in the organizational structure.

Now you have to:

1) Go to PPOMA_BBP

2) Double click on organizational unit that you want to put this user (purchasing organization or purchasing group box for example)

3) Select assign button in the top of the functions in the transaction

4) Click on incorporates -- position

5) Put userID that you want to add in this organizational unit

6) Click Save

Hello, if you can't do drag and drop with an user in the organizational structure, you can select the user in the node that corresponds, then click on right button and select delete --> asssignment

Then you can go to new node that you want to put user, select it and press assign button in the top of button functions, select incorporates - position and put the user that you want to add here.

Take care with the node that you are selecting when assign an user here.
