Explosion of Multilevel BoMs

Dear all,

We are using SCM 4.1,Is there any way to calculate dependant demand for mutilevel BoMs.

Example : The product "A" is parent product which having coponent B and C and product "B" having its own BoM ,which contain component "D",all the materials were maintained in APO .

Now is there any way to calculate the demand quantity for Component "D" while executing the parent product "A".

Hi,

In PPDs the system automatically looks at the component BOM. In SNP if you are running Heuristics, check the option " Take into account selected components in the planing run" or rerun your heuristics for B and C after you ran it or A.
