hi friends,

how can i create 3 ship to party for one sold to party??

Dear Rajan

Go to XD01 / VD01, select the Account Group for Ship To Party and maintain the required datas and save. Make a note of the customer code which will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Similarly, you have to create the other two ship to parties.

Now go to XD02 / VD02, input the sold to party and execute. There go to Sales Area Data and select "Partner Functions" tab and include the above three ship to parties.

Hi there,

1st create an A/c group for the sold -to & ship-to party.

Then in XD01 / VD01 create a new customer master with ship-to party A/c grp.

Then create sold-to master data. In VD02 / XD02 --> Sales area data --> Partners assign the 3 ship-to master data to the sold-to. Enter the ship-to in the partners data screen.

This will assign 3 ship-to to the same sold-to. in VA01, system will popup when entering the ship-to. You can select the required 1.

Yes the standard has given 0002 as account group for SH's

Then create three ship to party Tcode XD01( with co code data) // VD01( w/o co code data) with that account group and attatch the same to the sold to party in sales area tab -- partner function.

Hi,

You can create 3 ship-to party using XD01 transaction and using ship-to account group as like creating normal customer.But here as per "Account group" setting of ship-to you may not be able to see some of the sections and fields.After creation you assign it in Partner section under sales area data by giving partner function for ship-to SH.

Hi raj,

By using the T.Code:XD01 we can create three different ship-to-parties for one customer.

By going to the path like Sales area data-->Partner functions.Here you can maintain 3 different ship-to-parties such that is all of them are in same sales area.

Hi Raj ,

Create 3 Ship to parties with ship to party account group.

Then assign these to sold to party customer master partner tab....then at the time of creating sales order with that sold party system will give pop up box to select the ship to party

Make sure that u might have configured Partner determination.

Create three ship to party and attached the same to Once sold to party Tcode XD02. But keep in mind that sales area for all the three ship to party and Sold to party are same.
