customer hierarchy

Friends,

Please help on configuring custmer hierarchy.

I am having 10 customers and need to set up hierarchy for them. please explain step by step how configuration can be done including end user part, right from customer master data creation.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

2) Set partner determination for hierarchy categories:

During above step how we do partner determination I mean do you have any account group for this? which partner procedure and functions we assinged?

3) Assign Account groups:

Where we assign account groups & which account grp SP/SH/BP/PY

4)Assign sales areas:

In this step there are two sales area, how we assign it.

5) Assign hierarchy type for pricing by sales document type:

How we do above.

Please explain, i would like if you take example of 10 customer and explain it right from creating customer masters.

Hi,

First go thr with the TOpic...

There are 3 Imp masters...1)Higher level

2)Hierarchy Node

3)Lower level...

I'll give you 1 example:1)BHEL is the CUstomer

2)BHEL-SOUTH

3)BHEL_Hyderabad...THis is wot Example for Above

FIrst create the customer in XD01......(BHEL)

Create the CUs Hierarchy Node in XD01 with the account group 0012(BHEL-SOUTH)

Create one more customer(BHEL_Hyderabad)

Run T-code:VDH1N

Enter normal Customer hierarchy type as standard.

enter customer Which you want to make Hierarchy.

in next screen.......Enter Lower level customer....then you can see the Hierarchy level..
