Is there any tcode like customer master BD12 to send conditions:master data of pricing determination(COND_A) through ALE.

For sending Pricing condition the related table is A000 and the transaction is VK13.

Please check with the transaction VK13 and click on "condition information" which will ask you for inputs. Then click on "Execute"...You would get the COND_A IDocs generated!
