SC Attachment Customizing

Hello Gurus,

how can I complete the customizing parameters in "Define Settings for Attachments" SPRO branch referring the Internal/external directory?

Where do I define the directory? Directly on the pannel control of the operating system or is it sufficient into the SAP environment?

Any suggestions is welcome.
