Deletion Flag Issue

Dear All,

I can set deletion flag to Network activities and WBSE after posting Actual costs and POs.

My requirement is that after posting actual costs to WBSE and Network Activities ,System should not allow to set Deletion flag.

Please advice.

Hi,

There are certain business transactions which can set a user status which inturn can prohibit setting of deletion flag. In your business scenarion which business transactions results in actual cost postings need to be seen by you. Then use transaction OK02 to set the desired user status when these transactions are performed.

when you REL WBS or NWA set user status to disallow DEL

I have requirement that if actual costs are present then system should not allow to set deletetion flag,and if actual costs are not present then u can set deletion flag.

Please advice how to create user status for this scanario.
