Item sequence inverted between bid and PO

Hi SRM Gurus,

When we have a multiple item ( 12 items for example) bid getting converted into a Purchase order after the completion of the bidding event, the sequence of the items in the Purchase order is exactly the inverse of what it was in the bid invitation eg: item # 12 in bid is item # 1 in PO and , item # 11 is item # 2 in PO and so on.

Has anybody come across such an issue?

Hi Pradeep,

Thanks for those notes, unfortunately none of them apply to the problem we are experiencing.

We are on SRM5.0 with SP SAPKIBKT12.
