Communication channel problem

Dear colleagues,

In order to verify that our PI installation work properly we try to configure our first Production Scenario.

First, we import the scenario from DEV to PRD and activate it.

Then call the interface Runtime Workbench and When access to the communication channel monitoring option and try to select a communication channel but unfortunately nothing appear in the combo box .

We got lost and didnt understand the reason for this behaviour.

We checked a few notes but nothing seems to be our case.

Michal,

The problem was solved with

http://<server:port>/CPACache/refresh?mode = full

I think this was execute hundred of times without lucky.

Anyway , thank you very much for your fast answer

Yes, We have imported SAP BASIS , SAP ABAP components .
