Hello Dear SRM Experts.

I get these error messages while I am calling

FUNCTION 'BBP_PD_SC_CREATE'

Do you know where I can enter this information.

E	BBP_TAX	006	Data inconsistency during tax calculation
E	BBP_TAX	013	Not possible to calculate tax
E	BBP_PD	358	Select a location to which a plant has been assigned
E	BS	013	System status INCM is active (Shopping Cart 67010884)

Meanwhile I am getting another errors. I think the old errors are solved.

Why do I get now:

E BBP_PD 557 User  does not exist
E BBP_PD 557 User  does not exist
E BS 013 System status INCM is active (Shopping Cart 67010884) INCM Shopping Cart 10010889

Hi Erdem,

I advise you (if not done) to do a where-used for message class BBP_PD, number 557.

In SRM 5, this error message is called in function modules BBP_PDSEC_AUTHORITY_CHECK_RFC and BBP_PDSEC_VEND_AUTH_CHECK_RFC.

So, it seems to be an authority issue with SC user creator.

Debug FM concerned to see what's happened with your user authorization.

Hello Erdem,

For your Tax issue, where is done your Tax calculation, R/3 or SRM ?.

For the Location, in the tab 'Extended Attributs' of your SC creator's Organizational Unit (or at Position level), you must have a plant assigned.

When, those three errors will be solved, the last one should not be displayed too.
