i want to display another page in smartform but when i try 1st page come.

there is a option next page = 1st page but not possible

plz give me sugestion

in main window add comand and copy main window into another page .

in command select page 2

Hi:

Once the data would not fit in the 1st page, the next page would come automatically.

For instance, increase the data which are to be printed in the 1st page and simultaneously reduce the main window size.

Try to execute it, it would give the next page automatically.

In the main window, at last, add command and give next page as 2nd page there.

This will solve your problem

ya 2 page is coming but ptoblem is,i copy 1 st page and pest this is 2 page i add comand but the

text in 1 page and 2 page is same means data is same

any changes in 2 page is apper on 1 page.

This should happen to objects under the main window only if u have copied the 1st page to 2nd page. To avoid this, create a new page and then add window and make it as main window. ( do not copy from the 1st page). this will sort out your problem

in first page there is a main window ,i add comand - go to next page (select page2).

then add text.

then created 2 page and add window option gives main window then add text but my program is terminated.

Ajay,

we can create smartform without a main window.But remember

In smartform:

A page without main window must not call itself as next page, since this would trigger an endless loop. In such a case, the system automatically terminates after three pages.

Design a new page as PAGE2.

And set NEXT PAGE as PAGE2.

Have you followed the same procedure ?

Hi Ajay,

I think you have defined your first page, with out a MAIN WIndow.

You need to have a MAIN WIndow, inorder to trigger another page.

So define a MAIN window in your first page that would solve the issue. Once you define the Main window, in the NEXT PAGE - you can select the 1st page itself. The data will come in the second page also, when it (data) overflows....
