re-starting communication channel

Hey,

note: we went to a new sp (3.17 --> 3.22)

my File2MQ scenario stooped working (probably due to the new sp we have). i went checking the sender statues at the RWB and i saw that channel status is "Channel stopped". what does it means? and how can i re-start it?

open the communication channel in the component monitoring thru RWB.

Choose your communication channel adapter and hit use filter button.

So that , it will show you the current status. If you scroll little up you will find start stop buttons.

select your communication channel radio button and hit stop and then start.

it should resolve your problem.

in order to restart the channel simply click the "start" bottun (above the reported list at the same RWB screen).
